Two people in Michigan died. They had a stomach illness. Officials said this on 3 August. These were the first deaths from this illness. It is the biggest outbreak in the United States.
A very small parasite makes people sick. It comes from dirty food or water. People get stomach pain. They feel very tired. Some cases came from lettuce.
