Yes. Monthly → Yearly takes effect immediately — Stripe charges the prorated difference right away. Yearly → Monthly takes effect at your next renewal — you keep yearly access until then. Upgrading to Lifetime is a one-click checkout; your old subscription ends at its next renewal and you keep what you've paid for.
