Irish boxer Lee Reeves remained in a critical but stable condition in hospital on Sunday, a day after he was carried from the ring on a stretcher in Dublin. The 31-year-old from Limerick had been facing his compatriot Gary Cully for the vacant Boxing Union of Ireland (BUI) Celtic super-lightweight title at the 3Arena on Saturday night. Reeves was stopped in the tenth and final round; according to the Daily Mail, he was sent to the canvas by a heavy left hand.
