A nine-person federal jury in Oakland, California, unanimously dismissed Elon Musk's high-profile lawsuit against OpenAI and its chief executive Sam Altman on Monday, ending a three-week trial in less than two hours of deliberation. Musk, the world's wealthiest person, had accused Altman and OpenAI president Greg Brockman of "stealing a charity" by restructuring the artificial intelligence (AI) firm — originally founded as a non-profit in 2015 — into a for-profit entity.
