A federal jury in Oakland, California, has unanimously rejected Elon Musk's lawsuit against OpenAI and its chief executive Sam Altman. The nine-person jury reached its decision in less than two hours, ending a three-week trial. Musk, the world's richest person, had accused Altman and OpenAI president Greg Brockman of "stealing a charity" by turning OpenAI, originally founded in 2015 as a non-profit, into a for-profit company.
