Study: Weekend Lie-Ins May Lower Blood Pressure

Sleeping later at the weekend may protect people from high blood pressure, according to research presented at the annual congress of the European Society of Cardiology (ESC) in Munich. A team from Korea University in South Korea examined sleep records from tens of thousands of adults. The Guardian reported about 40,000 people over seven years, while the New York Post gave 41,000.
