In Colombia, men dug through a fallen building with their hands. They found a baby, and the baby was alive. A man was trapped under the concrete. He used his body to keep the baby safe. Five men pulled the baby out. Then they went back to help the man.
A strong earthquake hit western Colombia on Monday morning. About 1,600 buildings were damaged or fell down. President Abelardo de la Espriella said at least 181 people died. More than 3,000 people are still missing.
The president sent soldiers, police and search dogs to look for people. Airports in six cities were damaged. Other countries helped quickly. The United States promised money for food and shelter. Mexico offered rescue workers, and El Salvador promised 100 tonnes of supplies.
