Meta Launches Muse Assistant for Small Businesses

Meta launched Muse for Small Business on 29 September 2026, an artificial intelligence (AI) assistant for shop owners in the United States and Canada. The New York Post said it is free up to a usage limit, or $20 or $100 a month for unlimited use, online and in the app store. The Post calls it agentic: it acts on its own for the user. Tom Mulholland, 66, owns Mulholland Grocery in Malvern, Iowa, with ten employees.
