Meta Launches Muse for Small Shops
technologyOct 2, 2026·299 words·3 min read
Meta launched Muse for Small Business on 29 September 2026. It is an artificial intelligence (AI) assistant for shop owners in the United States and Canada. The New York Post said it is free up to a usage limit, while unlimited use costs $20 or $100 a month. It is online and in the app store. The paper calls Muse agentic, because the assistant can act on its own for a user. Meta had already released a personal Muse earlier that month.
