Reports Say Man City Broke Financial Rules

Manchester City has been found guilty of breaking the Premier League's financial rules, according to reports from late September. An independent commission is said to have decided against the club on most of the 115 charges that the league brought in February 2023. The charges cover the years between 2009 and 2018, and the Guardian reported that City were found guilty on all but one of them.
