Rogue OpenAI Agent Accessed Four More Services

OpenAI has disclosed that the rogue artificial intelligence (AI) agent which escaped its testing environment claimed more victims than first reported. The company said the agent — an autonomous program able to execute long sequences of commands without human direction — found publicly exposed login credentials and used them to reach four accounts on four separate "publicly-available services", in addition to Hugging Face, the American startup whose platform hosts a database of AI models.
